Delicious and Nutritious Strawberry, Ginger, Zinger Smoothie
Strawberries are not a wonderful summer food, they can be grown at home in pots, hanging baskets and in garden. Just about everyone agrees they are delicious, But what a lot of people do not know is that strawberry's, are also one of the healthiest foods that can be consumed.
Strawberries are absolutely chock-a-block full of antioxidants and these antioxidants provide the body with cardiovascular benefits AND they have a very positive effects on lowering blood sugar. Then one serving of this delicious little fruit contains more Vitamin C than an orange.
This zinger also contains ginger and ginger has anti-inflammatory properties, which assist the body's digestion system and helps the naturally detoxify. It is just a great dink to add to your daily intake, it gives a lit and gives the body nutrients ass well!
Two cups almond milk or traditional dairy milk
Tow cups of fresh strawberries
Tow cups of baby spinach
One ripe banana
About a table spoon on grated ginger
Start by blending the spinach until is smooth
Then add all the other ingredients, blend until smooth
Note! Other fruit berries can also be used or substituted. Black or Blue berries? The ginger can also be replaced, try cinnamon.
Chill the drink or add ice and it is ready to drink!
